There are various ways you can get involved to get your creativity flowing:
★ Taster sessions are an excellent way of trying out the creative coaching techniques to find out if they are right for you. I ask for a suggested donation of £5 to charity rather than payment for taster sessions. Please see the philosophy page for more information.

Telephone coaching is more flexible for people who live away from

Group sessions can work out more economical for people who would like
to use the techniques. These take several formats including:
· 5 week courses (£40 for the course) - See the adult education Learning4Life brochure for more details about courses in April 2008 or get in touch to find out more · Full day workshop (£30 including lunch)
★ Face to face coaching usually lasting an hour for between six and twelve sessions, giving you the chance to explore your dreams and develop immediate strategies. Investment: £30 per hour.
★ Gift vouchers are available for all of the above on request.
